Weeds are defined as plants that reproduce quickly, disperse widely, live in a variety of habitats, establish a population in strange places, succeed in disturbed ecosystems and resist eradication once established.

Weeds are defined via context for example development of earlier crop in a new crop cycle makes the earlier desired crop a weed. One may need to clear the field for preparation of new crop and hence require herbicides which kill non-selectively.

Hitler is a new age, highly concentrated non-selective post-emergence herbicide. It is used for killing annual perennial, broad leaf and grassy weeds. It’s small but potent dose can clear a field in 7-12 days. It is especially effective against the difficult to control weeds.

Mode of Action

Non-selective, systemic low dosage herbicide of Glyphosate formulation with IPA salt.
Once sprayed on the foliage of the weed, it is absorbed and transmitted throughout the plant due to its translocation action. It hence reaches all areas including the roots & rhizomes of the plant.
Upon reaching all areas, it inhibits formulation of an essential plant enzyme called ESPS which prevents the production of aromatic amino acids is required for protein synthesis within the plant. Lack of protein synthesis results the death of the weed/plants. This process generally takes 7 to 12 days from start to finish.

Recommendation:

It does not affect the germination of ensuing crops and any crop can be grown after its appli- cation. Misting is recommended for better absorption via leaves.
When weeds are at least 4 to 8 leaf stage.
Dosage: 1.35 ltr per acre.

Method of Application

- To be applied in non-crop areas.
- Application is recommended at 4-8 leaf stage.
- Application via misting is recommended.
- Take small amount of water & add required quantity of Damdar.
- Stir the solution well with a stick or rod.
- Add this solution with the remaining quantity of water and spray.
Note: The volume of the total water to be used will depend on total area to be treated.
